Job Description

1.ให้บริการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาพื้นฐานทางเทคนิคของระบบงานด้าน ไอทีของบริษัทและของลูกค้า ทางโทรศัพท์ หรือ การทำ remote site 2.จัดทำระบบ Backup ของบริษัท 3.ประสานงานกับ ทีมที่รับผิดชอบ ในการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคของระบบงานด้านไอทีของบริษัทและของลูกค้า 4.Monitoring ระบบ เพื่อตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาพื้นฐานทางเทคนิค และทำการแจ้งไปยังฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องหากระบบมีปัญหา ทั้งของบริษัทและของลูกค้า 5.ทำการตรวจสอบระบบ Alert แจ้งเตือนเพื่อให้ทราบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นก่อนลูกค้า 6.ทำการบันทึกผลในฟอร์ม และจัดทำ Report ผลการ Monitor ประจำวันและประจำสัปดาห์ และประจำเดือน 7.จัดทำระบบต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงานภายในบริษัท ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น 8. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (กะ 1 เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น. กะ 2 เวลา 16.00 - 24.00 น.)

Qualifications

- เพศ ชาย / หญิง - อายุ 22 - 45 ปี - ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง -มีความรู้พื้นฐานทางด้าน IT Support, IT Network, IT System และ Computer hardware -มีความสามารถในการใช้ระบบปฎิบัติการ Microsoft Windows, Linux -มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบ Virtualization และ Monitoring System -ทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี -ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา การควบคุมอารมณ์และสถานการณ์ -มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ทรรศนะคติดี ชอบคิดในเชิงบวก
