Job Description

1. ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ Hardware, Software และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่าง ๆ 2. ติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows โปรแกรม Antivirus และโปรแกรมสำนักงาน เช่น Microsoft Office 3. ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์ เช่น Computer, Notebook, Monitor, Printer และ Scanner 4. ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นด้านระบบ Network และ Internet 5. รับแจ้ง วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ IT ให้แก่ผู้ใช้งาน 6. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน IT 7. ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายและตามแผนงานที่กำหนด

Qualifications

- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Hardware, Software, Windows และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office - มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบ Network / Internet และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้ - มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ในการดูแล Computer, Notebook, Printer, Scanner และอุปกรณ์ IT อื่น ๆ - หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support หรือ Help Desk จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี - มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น และพร้อมเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ - สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการปฏิบัติงาน - สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
