Job Description

1. ดูแลให้บริการลูกค้าให้เป็นไปตาม SLA และสัญญาบริการ 2. ให้การสนับสนุนแก่ลูกค้าไอที (เช่น การดูแลเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และเครือข่ายทั้งฮาร์ดแวร์ และซอฟต์แวร์, การตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ตามสถานที่ต่างๆ) 3. ให้ความช่วยเหลือในด้านไอทีอื่นๆ ซึ่งเกี่ยวเนื่องกับโครงการ เช่น การอัพเกรด / การปรับเปลี่ยน / การบำรุงรักษาและการโยกย้าย ตามที่กำหนด * สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ *

Qualifications

- เพศ ชาย / หญิง - อายุ 22 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีความรู้พื้นฐาน ทางด้าน network หรือ / และ data security - รักความก้าวหน้า และมีใจบริการ - หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ firewall fortigate จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ *** ยินดีรับนิสิตและนักศึกษาจบใหม่ ***
